Location : Lucknow
Main Responsibilities :
** Follow standard operating procedures for financial management set up within SC India
** Handling petty cash and maintaining cash book
** Maintain accounts for the state office and provide finance management information to the Project State Manager
** Project cash requirements for inward remittances
** Maintain petty cash, accounting for the same and reimbursing staff for expenses incurred related to office administration
** Make timely payments to vendors and for other expenses such as utilities
** Liase with Bank, obtain necessary documentation and prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
** Prepare and submit expenditure and fund flow statements to the Project Finance and Grants Management team in Delhi
Professional Qualifications and Experience :
** Post graduate with 3-5 years’ experience or graduate in B.Com .
** Ability to perform high volume data entry in a timely and accurate manner.

2) Job Title : Knowledge Management Officer (Job Code : KNO)
Location : Lucknow
Main Responsibilities :
** Assist in developing a results framework and project monitoring process ( PMP) indicators for the Grant in close collaboration with the Project Team
** Facilitate the Situation analysis of relevant policies and stakeholders with respect to the three areas of focus in the project : frontline health workers and nutrition and data analysis for defining the project strategy especially for the state of UP.
** Support the development of policy brief in the required areas of Human resources for Health, New and existing Vaccines and Nutrition that feed into the overall recommendations for policy changes required for Child Survival.
** Work closely with the Project Team to develop Terms of reference for data collection for quantitative and qualitative research studies to establish baseline and endline evaluations.
** Work closely with the project team for developing a robust MIS that captures impact of activities on ground and feeds into the project monitoring plan.
Professional Qualifications & Expérience :
** Post-graduate degree in Public Health/ Social Sciences /Demography or related discipline from a recognised university or college and knowledge of statistics and public health communication research would be added value.
** 4- 5 years experience of working in Research Departments in a public health organization/ research agency with experience in development of Public health communication/ advocacy monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
** Experience in training investigators, supervising them, doing sample checks, managing data entry, conducting data analysis and writing the reports.
** Experience of conducting research such as mapping, situational analysis and secondary data analysis
** Use of qualitative and quantitative methods for monitoring, evaluation and assessment to promote evidence-based learning.
** Strong analytical and presentation skills with good communication skill (both written and verbal)
