Role Scope : Hydro Projects

Experience : Age 45 - 50 years, with an experience of 15-20 years in developing, executing, liaising from inception to commissioning of Hydro power projects, project management and community alignment with a vision.

Should have the expertise in planning, developing and managing 'Green field power projects'.

Qualification : BE/ B.Tech(Civil) from top institute(MBA/ PGDBM is an added advantage)

Industry Background : Should have served in public/ private sector hydro power projects. (Private sector will be a preference)

Reports to : President

Technical Deliverables :
** Responsible for planning and monitoring of all projects.
** Responsible for planning of Construction Methodology.
** Ability to supervise and get task executed by the Contract and Design cells based at Corporate Office.
** Capable of providing technical suggestions for expediting timely completion of projects.
** Monitoring of effective MIS for the Snr. Management.
** Ensure effective project planning, cost estimation, preparation of annual budget and cash flow monitoring.
** Exibit coordination b/w all hydro projects, CO, HO
** Assist President Hydro in all routine work.
** Ensure effective resource mobilization..
