Solar Energy Corporation of India, a Government of India Enterprise, under the Administrative Control of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy invites applications from energetic and promising professionals for the following positions;

1.Name of the post : ADDL. GEN. MANAGER/DY. GENRAL MANAGER (SOLAR)
No. of post : 01
Upper Age Limit : 48 years/ 45 years
Qualifications and Experience :
A Full-time Engineering Graduate in;
a) Electrical or
b) Mechanical or
c) Electronics or
d) Energy or
e) Electrical & Electronics, or
f) Combination of any above discipline (a) to (d) with other engineering disciplines, or,
g) Masters Degree in Physics.
Should have minimum post-qualification experience for 12 years for DGM and 15 years for AGM level with minimum of 2 years in the immediate below scale or equivalent.
The selected candidate should possess leadership qualities and be able to conceive and implement business plans. Out of the above years’ experience, at least 5 years should be in Solar power projects both off-grid and/or grid applications.

2.Name of the post : ADDL. GEN. MANAGER/DY. GENERAL MANAGER(PS)

Upper Age Limit : 48 years/ 45 years
Qualifications and Experience :
A Full-time Engineering Graduate in;
a) Electrical or
b) Mechanical or
c) Energy or
d) Electrical & Electronics, or
e) Combination of any engineering discipline with Electrical and Mechanical Should have minimum post-qualification experience in the relevant field of power systems for 12 years for DGM and 15 years for AGM level with minimum of 2 years in the immediate below scale or equivalent.
The selected candidate should possess leadership qualities and be able to conceive and implement business plans.
The Experience in planning designing construction and maintenance of power evacuation system is essential. Work experience in Solar projectsis preferred.At the discretion of the Management, the post may be filled up on deputation basis also.

3.Name of the post : SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER/DY.MANAGER(SOLAR)

Upper Age Limit : 40 years/ 35 years/ 30 years
Qualifications and Experience :
A Full-time Engineering Graduate in;
a) Electrical or
b) Mechanical or
c) Electronics or
d) Energy or
e) Electrical & Electronics, or
f) Combination of any above
discipline (a) to (d) with
other engineering
discipline, or,
g) Masters Degree in Physics
Should have minimum post qualification experience for 9 years for Senior Manager; 6 years for Manager and 3 years for Deputy Manager level with minimum of 2 years in the immediate below scale or equivalent.
Out of the above years experience, at least 3 years for senior manager; 2 years for Manager and 1 year for Deputy Manager should be in Solar power projects both off grid and/or grid applications.

4.Name of the post : ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER/CONSULTANT

Upper Age Limit : 35 years
Qualifications and Experience :
A Full-time Graduate in Environmental Engineering or M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences from a recognised University or Institution of Repute.
Should have post-qualification experience for 6 years experience in Environmental management Rules and Regulations of MOEF/State Pollution Board, Soil Science including testing methods and Parameters, Forest Protection, Water Shed Management, Catchment Area protection, liaison with State and Central authorities for securing clearances etc. Experience with multi-lateral agencies such as ADB, WB on the above would be preferred.
The post is also proposed to be filled on deputation from the Indian Forest Officers/State Forest Officers not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests or equivalent rank.
Retired Forest officers not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests or equivalent having the experience specified above may also apply.
In case of Forest Officers, the above qualification criteria are not applicable.
In respect of Retired Officers, the age should not exceed 65 years.
The Period of Contract is one year to be extended as per the Project needs.

5.Name of the post : SENIOR ENGINEERS

Qualifications and Experience :
A Full-time Engineering Graduate in;
a) Electrical or
b) Mechanical or
c) Electronics or
d) Energy or
e) Electrical & Electronics, or
f) Computer Science, or
g) Combination of any above discipline (a) to (d) with other disciplines of engineering, or,
h) Master’s Degree in Physics With at least one year postqualification experience. or Graduation in Engineering with one of the above disciplines or Master’s Degree in Physics and M.Tech or M.E. or M.S. in
a) Energy Systems or
b) Energy Engineering or
c) Energy Management or
d) Renewable Energy or
e) Energy Management and Energy Studies or
f) any Courses related to Renewable Energy

6.Name of the post : SENIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Upper Age Limit : 28 years
Qualifications and Experience :
Graduate with Final Pass from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and having one year post qualification experience. Preference shall be given for those working in a Financial Institution.

7.Name of the post : PERSONAL ASSISTANT
No. of post : 06
Upper Age Limit : 26 years /29 years /32 years
Qualifications and Experience :
A Graduate with English Shorthand and Typing having speed of 100 w.p.m. and 40 w.p.m. Excellent command in Basic Computer applications is essential. Should have post qualification experience in a Company of Repute or in Government Sector for 1 year for S1 level, 3 years for S2 and 6 years for S3 level.

8.Name of the post : SUPERVISOR (ESTATE)

Upper Age Limit : 29 years
Qualifications and Experience :
A Full time Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce or Diploma in Engineering from recognised University/Institute of Repute. Excellent command in Basic Computer applications is essential. Should have post-qualification experience for 3 years in handling Office and guest house Administration, maintenance, protocol in a company of repute.

Fee : Application Fee of Rs.200 per post to be paid through DD drawn in favour of Solar Energy Corporation of India, payable at New Delhi
