2) Senior Test Engineer :
Competencies Required Skills :
** Ability to write the functional test plans and procedures
** Ability to understand the existing application/systems and test softwares
** Able to methodically produce the steps which exhibit bugs in the software and be able to
** Reproduce and communicate the steps
** Ability to report the test results, enters problems and issues in bug register. Monitors and updates bug reports
** Has strong communication skills, both in writing & orally

3) Senior Developer :
Brief Job Description :
** RPG4, CL and SQL programming experience
** Able to understand the database, database relation, flat files, IFS, FTP
** Create queries, analyse data and identify/implement changes to conversion programs
** Understand existing programs and implement and test the changes / code new conversion programs as requested
** Communicate (both verbal/email) independently with the customer for the changes, analysis details
** Participate in status call with customer
