Lelesys Infotech Pvt Ltd, Santacruz, Goa would like to invite fresh graduates from any discipline for vacancies of "trainee web developers".

Graduates such as BE, B.SC, B.COM, BCA, MCA, MCM, BCS, BA or equivalent and diploma holder in any discipline with more than 50% marks, should apply.

Lelesys is one of the major provider of TYPO3 content management services to European countries. Currently we work for more than 60 companies from 8 European countries to deliver them TYPO3 based websites and intranets. TYPO3 is a "Made in Germany" software package based on Linux, PHP and mySQL. TYPO3 is popular for its high-end features and high-quality, based on German standards. Currently Lelesys employs 50 web developers in our office in Santacruz, Goa.

Conditions for trainee web developer post :
1. Company will provide HTML, PHP, mySQL and TYPO3 training as well as the company will expect you "to deliver work" fulfilling the expectations of our esteemed German companies.

2. The compensation is based on your successive work output and package is structured in 3 stages as follows : 1 - 3 month Rs. 3000, 4 - 12months Rs. 6000 and 13 - 24 months Rs. 12000

3. We want to bring to your notice that some of our existing trainees are getting Rs. 14000, Rs. 16000, Rs. 18000 instead of Rs. 12000 only, during 13 - 24 months stage. Because these trainees have surpassed our expectations for fulfillment of work.

4. Contract :
(a) Period: 2 years

(b) Early exit cost: Rs. 50,000.

5. After 2 years new contract will be scheduled.
