Job Description
Radicle, Inc. is a successful IT services firm based in Chicago that supports an environment in which proficient and dynamic technologistsâ thrive professionally and financially.

We are currently looking for a PHP Developer who will form a part of our core New Delhi based offshore team. In this role, you will be responsible for execution of key projects and helping build our offshore entity. Key attributes required are:
- Should be able to code solutions, specifically in PHP environments
- Learn new technologies efficiently. After initial PHP project, there will be option for the employee to get into .Net or Java.
- Good design and coding skills
- Good verbal and communications skills. This position may require verbal and written communications with US based clients.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required:
- Extensive experience with PHP
- Extensive experience with SQL queries (Do not need Database administrator)
- Understand methodology and Software Development Life cycle
- Design and coding
- Object Oriented Analysis
- Strong verbal/written communications skills
- Ability to pickup new technologies quickly
- In the long run, can work in PHP and Java or .Net
- Team oriented
