    Desired Position â Flash Programmer /Sr. Flash Programmer
    No of open positions: 2
    Location: NewDelhi
    The new member will be inducted as a Flash Programmer/ Sr. Flash Programmer in the company.

    Responsibilities:
    - Authoring SCORM/AICC compliant eLearning content
    - Design complex interactivity in Flash
    - Authoring CD based eLearning courseware
    - Design elearning course template
    - Compatibility of content in commonly used LMS
    - Meeting delivery Targets

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Ideal candidate should be from eLearning industry having sound experience in content authoring for LMS hosted and offline delivery.

    Experience / Knowledge Required:
    - Should be an expert in Flash AS2 / AS3
    - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
    - Working knowledge of FLEX
    - Good working knowledge of HTML / DHTML / Javascript and XML
    - Hands on experience on SCORM1.2 and 2004 content development is must. Experience on AICC is an added advantage
    - Should have worked on content hosted on SABA, SumTotal and other home grown LMSs
    - Experience of any server side technology interaction with Flash (ASP/JSP/PHP) would be added advantage
    - Good sense of color and form
    - Visualization skills
    - Good communication in English
    - Team player
