The Punjab Public Service Commission invites Applications from eligible Candidates for recruitment to 06 Posts of District Commander /Battalion-2nd-in- Command/ Junior Staff Officer/ Chief Instructor in the Department of Punjab Home Guards and Civil Defence.

PAY SCALE : Rs. 15600-39100 + 5400/- Grade Pay

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
(i)(a) From amongst the Ex-servicemen who have been not below the rank of lieutenant in the Armed Forces of the Union and who are Graduates of a recognized University. or
(b) From amongst the Persons holding "C" certificate of the National CadetCorps and who are Graduates of recognized University.
(ii) Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard

AGE : Candidate should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age on the 1-1-2012.
