Job Description
-This position involves ownership of technical web application development project from design, development to delivery
-This position requires to lead a team of developers / Sr. developers to deliver client projects and company products
-This position requires hands on experience on design and development of web applications
-This position requires an ability to manage the resources & timing for application development projects
-This position might require travel to the client locations in U.S.

Desired Candidate Profile
-We are looking for candidates with B.E/ B.Tech from a reputed institution in India or Abroad like NIT, IIT, BITS, Anna University etc.
-At least 5 years of solid experience in architecting, designing and developing web based applications
-Experience in .NET, ASP, C#, Ajax, SQL, SQL Server, Oracle

-Nice to have: experience in J2EE, PHP, Perl, MYSQL, Linux

-He/she must possess excellent written and verbal Skills and should be capable to communicate directly with the clients
-Proactive and creative leader/developer
-Excellent time management skills
-Interest in taking on project management
-Enthusiastic and ability to lead a team to success
