Application Steps :

Debit Card Holder wishing to enable debit card for e-Commerce transaction should carefully read the registration procedure and terms and conditions stated below.

Registration Procedure :
** Debit Card Holder shall fill up the online application form and submit the same.
** After puting the request for 3D Secure PIN registration, in due course of time password mailer shall be dispatched to the concerned Business Units. Mailer will contain the following information :
a. Password in the masked area.
b. Account number.
c. Branch Code.
** PIN shall be delivered at the Business Unit where the account is maintained
** Business Unit will hand over the mailer to the Debit Card Holder after ascertaining his identity.
** The Debit Card Holder shall have to register for generating a 3DSecure Code on Banks’ Corporate website using above acquired 3DSecure registration PIN.

Terms & Conditions :
These terms (the "Terms") regulates the 3D Secure service for MasterCard® Secure Code™ ("MCSC") for Maestro Cards implemented for J&K Bank debit card/s. The Terms and Conditions set herein are in addition to the Terms and Conditions prescribed for ATM Debit Cards, issued in association with Maestro.
** "Card” means International Debit Card issued in association with MasterCard/Maestro.
** "Card holder" means any person holding a valid Debit Card issued by the Bank and who desires to make payments to the Merchant over the Internet using the Debit Card.
** "3D Secure PIN" means the 6 digit numeric personal identification number in relation to the Debit Card and approved by the Bank from time to time for the purpose of authenticating the Card member while making online payment using Debit Card.
** "Merchant” means any person who owns or manages or operates the Merchant Establishment through a physical establishment and/or a website.

How do I know my transaction is completed?

The Bank shall send SMSs for all transactions done through internet by using the card. The Bank shall not be responsible if any SMS is not delivered to the phone of the card holder due to restrictions imposed by the concerned service provider.
