It is for the information of the candidates, those who have appeared in the written examination held on 08.07.2012 for the posts of Sister Grade-II, that the result of the same has been declared and displayed on PGI website www.pgimer.nic.in. The successful candidates are, therefore, directed to apply afresh on the application proforma available on PGI website along-with all the certificates duly attested by the gazetted officer in support of their eligibility. The application complete in all respect must reach in the Office of
Asstt. Administrative Officer,
Recruitment Cell,
PGIMER,
Chandigarh
through Speed Post/Registered Post on or before 27.07.2012 (5.00 PM). No application will be entertained after the expiry of the above period. The Institute would not be responsible for postal delay or delay due to any other reason.

This is with reference to advertisement No. PGI/RC/001 dated 28.02.2012 for the posts of Sister Grade-II and written examination for the same held on 08.07.2012, the candidates bearing following roll numbers have been declared successful.

All the above candidates are therefore, required to apply afresh in the given application proforma(attached) and to send all certificates duly attested by the Gazetted Officer in respect to check their eligibility for the post of Sister Grade-II.

The applications complete in all respects accompanied with all the certificates must reach in the office of Asstt. Administrative Officer (Recruitment Cell), PGIMER, Sector 12, Chandigarh through speed post/registered post on or before 27.07.2012 (5.00 PM). No applications received after this date i.e. 27.07.2012 will be entertained and candidature of such applicants will be treated as cancelled. The Candidates are, therefore, advised to apply as soon as possible so that their applications reach in Recruitment Cell of PGIMER, Chandigarh well before the last date. The Institute would not be responsible for postal delay or delay due to any other reason.

On the receipt of applications of the above listed candidates, the scrutiny of their applications will be made by the Scrutiny Committee of the Institute. The scrutiny/eligibility will be based on as per the guidelines/detailed information notified in the advertisement and the documents submitted by the candidates.

The candidates found eligible after scrutiny would be called for the interview. The interviews are likely to be held in the first week of August 2012, therefore, the candidates are advised to visit PGI website www.pgimer.nic.in frequently to check their eligibility and dates of the interview. The roll numbers-wise dates for the interview will be displayed on the website itself and interview letters can be downloaded from the website itself. No separate call letters for the interview to the individual candidates will be sent.
