Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Ensuring that all equipment is being maintained as per the maintenance schedule at all stations taking into account the weather conditions.
-Coordinating with all the stations for keeping of proper records of equipment / tools i.e. Equipment details, Equipment on hand, List of tools etc.
-Ensuring that proper reporting is being done from all stations i.e. weekly reports, fortnightly reports, monthly reports etc.
-Keeping a tab of expenses at all stations i.e. fuel consumption, maintenance of each equipment etc.
-Ensuring proper training is carried out for operators / drivers regarding the operational procedures of equipment.
-Visiting stations and carried out surprise checks to ensure proper discipline is being maintained.
-Ensuring expenses do not exceed budgeted amount and if so the same should be backed up by proper reasoning.
