EPI a ‘Mini Ratna’ Public Sector Enterprise under the aegis of Department of Heavy Industry with turnover of more than ` 1200 Crores engaged in execution of wide range of multi facet projects on turnkey basis in Power, Steel, Industrial, Civil & Infrastructure Sectors requires graduate engineers & professionals to be appointed as Management Trainees in the following fields;

1. Name of the Post : Management Trainee (Finance)

Qualification : CA / ICWAI/ MBA (Fin) (minimum 55% marks in Graduation)

2. Name of the Post : Management Trainee (Company Secretary)
No. of Posts : 1
Qualification : ACS (minimum 55% marks in Graduation)
Maximum Age (yrs.) : 28

3. Name of the Post : Management Trainee (HR)
No. of Posts : 2
Qualification : 2 Years Post Graduate diploma / MBA (Personnel Management/HR/MSW) etc. (minimum 55% marks)
Maximum Age (yrs.) : 28

4. Name of the Post : Management Trainee (Engineering)
No. of Posts : 08( Civil- 2 Elect.- 2 Mech.-2 IT- 2 )
Qualification :
BE / B. Tech or AMIE or equiv. ( Civil, Mech., Elect. etc. (min 55% marks) B.E. (Comp/IT) / MCA or its equiv. (min 55% marks)
Maximum Age (yrs.) : 28

Duration / Training Period : One year (extendable by six months in case of unsatisfactory performance). On satisfactory performance (to be assessed by Selection board) absorption will be done in E-1 Grade in the pay scale 16400- 40500 (IDA Pattern).

Stipend : Consolidated amount of ` 15,000/-pm. In addition bachelor accommodation (or HRA), medical facility for self only.

Leave : 12 days Casual Leave in a year.

Contractual Obligation : Minimum 3 years regular service, after successful completion of training period; failing which an amount equivalent to twelve month stipend to be recoverable. Those appointed as trainees will be required to execute and furnish bonds, undertaking to complete the training course and thereafter to serve the company for a minimum period as laid down in the Bond.

Service Matters : To be covered under Conduct Discipline and Appeal Rules of the Company.
