The Institute is looking for a suitable person for the post of Finance Officer (One Post, UR). He/She should have initiative, drive and wide ranging experience in all aspects of Finance, Accounts and Audit, preferably in Institute of higher learning or University or Research Organization.

Pay Band - 4 : Rs.37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs.10000/-.

Mode of Appointment : The appointment shall be on regular basis/ standard deputation terms.

Age : preferably below 55 years.

Essential : A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale.

Experience : (i) Minimum 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar (Finance and Accounts) or an equivalent post in the Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/- and above.

Fee : Demand draft of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of “The Registrar, IIT Kanpur” payable at Kanpur.
