Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Handling and effectively running the Reservation & Ticketing Department (Call-Centre) of the airline.
- Manning a Staff of 100 plus Call-Centre.
- Taking care of Service Quality Function of Reservations.
- Handling Customer Relation Queries / Complaints.
- Tabulation of Service / Compliant Analysis
- Managing Group Desk and LTC.
- Taking care of Trainings end to end from Creation to Delivery.
- Refresher and Recurrency Training.
- Working closely with Airport Services Department in terms of processes and SOPs.
- Accountable for Amendments and Audits.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Taking care of Roster
- Transportation
- Decline Payment Recovery
- Reward and Recognition of Reservation Staff
- Cash Counter Desk
- Incentive Calculation for Reservation and Group Desk Staff (Monthly basis).
- Leave and Attendance
- Providing support to airports across network.
- Dealing with Vendors specific to Reservation Center.
