SUBORDINATE SERVICE # NOTIFICATION NO : 48/2011 (GENERAL RECRUITMENT)

It is here by informed that on the basis of the Written Examination held on 20/05/2012 for recruitment to the post of Computer Draughtsman Grade – II in A.P. Survey and Land Records Subordinate Service, the candidates with the following Register Numbers have been called for verification of Original Certificates at the ratio of 1:2 on 26/07/2012 at 11:30 AM in the Commission’s Office, subject to fulfilling the conditions regarding eligibility and other aspects to the recruitment. The candidates are required to download the Call Letter (Memo), Checklist, Attestation Forms & Other relevant formats. They have to produce Original Certificates as mentioned below along with one set of Photostat copies duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

1. Two (2) Check List Forms

2. Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent)

3. Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government servant (Regular Service certificate from the concerned department, Government of Andhra Pradesh/NCC Instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate.

4. Latest Integrated community certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./R.D.O)

5. Creamy layer exemption certificate from revenue authorities as per the G.O. Ms. No. 3, Backward Classes Welfare(C-2) Department, dated 4/4/2006 (for BC candidates only). Candidates may download the format of Creamy Layer Certificate from the Commission’s website who claim as BC community candidates.

6. School Study Certificate from IV to X Class if studied in school; OR Residence Certificate issued by the MRO incase of private study Seven Years including and prior SSC.

7. Original Qualification Certificate.

8. Two (2) Attestation Forms duly filled in by the candidate and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

9. Hall Ticket of the Written Examination held on 20/05/2012.

10. If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Certificates, the candidature of such candidate / candidates shall be cancelled at any stage in the process of selection.
