Sapna Solutions is looking for a .Net Lead Application developer for one of our German customers; we are setting up a new team to serve its top customers, such as Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, RTL, PwC or Sanofi-Aventis.

As Lead Software Developer you will be the head of one of our .NET development teams. Your .NET experience, creativity, logical thinking and diligence will help you to successfully lead and grow your team in the development of complex web-solutions. You will work at the top of technical online-development for our largest clients. You will be responsible for development projects that range from implementing new CRM online portals, eCommerce solutions to state-of-the-art online brand presences that are optimized for multiple device, i.e. smartphones or tablets.

If you are well-versed in developing projects on a technologically advanced level, have profound experiences in .NET development, especially in a web environment, have a proven track record of performance and delivery, and are searching for new challenges, then we should talk!

Prerequisites
A university degree in computer sciences or a related course and/or several years of relevant work experience
Expert knowledge (5+years) of web-related software development and software architecture based on the .NET stack
Working experience in projects with short development cycles (project length < 6 months) and dynamic change of requirements
Excellent knowledge of C#, ASP.NET and SharePoint 2010
Sound knowledge of VB.NET, ASP, SQL Server, Javascript and MCMS
Experience in agile development methods (Scrum)
Excellent English communication skills. Interest or experience in the German language is a plus

You have demonstrated leadership abilities leading people, and demonstrated managerial abilities in planning and organizing a delivery oriented engineering team

You are a fast learner and do not shy away from picking up new knowledge by yourself
You have experienced the growth of a team before, and are keen to now set up your own team
You are a very honest and transparent person, you do not shy away to speak frankly even when you have to say things that are not ‘nice’. But you always remain tactful and professional
