Accounts Clerk of Panchayat Samiti :
a. Category of vacancy to the post is OBC Category-A- 1.
b. Scale of Pay - Rs. 5,400/- - 25,200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2,600/- in Pay Band –2
c. Essential Qualification :
(i) The candidates shall be a citizen of India as defined in Part - II of the Constitution of India.
(ii) The candidates shall have passed the Madhyamik or its equivalent examination from any recognized University or Board or Council.

Clerk-cum-Typist of Panchayat Samiti :
a. Categories of vacancies to the post are UR (PD)-1, SC-1, ST- 1.
b. Scale of Pay - Rs. 5,400/- - 25,200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2,600/- in Pay Band –2
c. Essential Qualification :
(i) The candidates shall be a citizen of India as defined in Part - II of the Constitution of India.
(ii) The candidates shall have passed the Madhyamik or its equivalent examination from any recognized University or Board or Council and having a minimum typing speed of thirty words per minute in English and twenty words per minute in Bengali. The selected candidates shall have to acquire proficiency in MS Word or such other computerized word processing application before confirmation in service.

Executive Assistant of Gram Panchayat :
a. Categories of vacancies to the post are UR – 2, UR (Meritorious Sportsperson) – 1, SC – 2.
b. Scale of Pay - Rs. 7,100/- - Rs. 37,600/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 3,600/- in Pay Band – 3.
c. Essential Qualification :
(i) The candidates shall be a citizen of India as defined in Part - II of the Constitution of India.
(ii)(a) The candidate shall have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
(b) Diploma in Computer Application from any institute recognized by State Government or Central Government or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education.

Nirman Sahayak of Gram Panchayat :
a. Categories of vacancies to the post are UR – 4, SC – 4, OBC Category - A – 1, OBC Category - B – 1, ST – 8.
b. Scale of Pay - Rs. 9,000/- - Rs. 40,500/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4,400/- in Pay Band – 4.
c. Qualification :
(i) The candidates must be a citizen of India as defined in Part - II of the Constitution of India.
(ii) The candidates must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Institute recognized by State Government or Central Government.

Sahayak of Gram Panchayat :
a. Categories of vacancies to the post are UR – 33, UR ( Meritorious Sportsperson ) - 2, SC – 12, OBC Category - A – 7, OBC Category - B – 5, ST – 3.
b. Scale of Pay - Rs. 5,400/- - 25,200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2,300/- in Pay Band – 2.
c. Qualification : (i) The candidates must be a citizen of India as defined in Part - II of the Constitution of India.
(ii) The candidates must have passed the Madhyamik examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or University.

Gram Panchayat Karmee :
a. Categories of vacancies to the post are UR – 35, SC – 23, OBC Category - A- 2 ,
OBC Category -B- 3, ST – 5.
b. Scale of Pay - Rs. 4,900/- - Rs. 16,200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 1,700/- in Pay Band – 1.
c. Qualification : The candidate must have passed the final examination of class VIII from any recognized Institution.

Age Limit : The candidates shall be of age not more than 40 years and not less than 18 years on 01.01.2012.
