Job Description
(The position is based in MUMBAI and the candidate must either be a resident of MUMBAI or must be willing to relocate to MUMBAI)

Initially setting up (from scratch) bioRASI's entire infrastructure in India viz. making optimal choices of regulatory consultants, PIs/hospitals, analytical labs, data analysis personnel, report writers, etc. AND negotiating contracts with them on an ongoing basis to deliver projects successfully, within budgets and before contractual deadlines are reached.

Eventually leading the entire clinical trials operation in India for bioRASI, through a team of dedicated and motivated personnel (that you will interview and hire).

Establishing and solidifying working relationships with local decision makers in the clinical trials industry.

Desired Candidate Profile
MINIMUM of 3 years of experience working at a CRO or pharmaceutical company as a CRA or at a higher designation OR as a Project Manager or higher for a minimum of 1 year.

Thorough working knowledge of the clinical trials process in India.

Past experience with team members reporting to you.

A willingness to travel extensively on short notice throughout India and on occasion to the US and Europe.

Must be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
