Eligibility Criteria :
Superintending Engineer (Civil) or Executive Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular service in that grade from CPWD, PWD and similar officers from other Central/State Engineering Departments or Engineering Departments of Central/State Statutory/Autonomous bodies/PSU.
Educational Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering

Eligibility Criteria :
Executive Engineer (Civil) or Asst. Engineer (Civil) with 8 years of regular service in that grade from CPWD/PWD and similar officers from other Engineering Departments of the Central/State Government or Central/State Statutory/Autonomous Bodies/PSU.
Educational Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering.

Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/Institute. Experience in Civil Engineering work.

Eligibility Criteria :
Officers of Central/State/U.T. Govt. which officers of Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 3/5 years of regular service in the scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500/Rs. 5500-9000 (Pre-revised), PB -2 Rs. 9300-34800+GP Rs. 4600/Rs. 4200 (revised) and possessing the following;
(i) Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management of a recognized University/Institution or equivalent; and
(iii) Not less than 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in handling stores, preferably medical.

Officers having MBA or post graduate Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference.
