You are provisionally permitted to appear for the above Written Test on 15 JULY 2012 (Sunday). Please affix on this Admit Card two copies of the same photograph submitted with the Application Form, in the space provided. Get the photographs self attested. Admit Card will be verified and signed by the Invigilator during the test. The Invigilator will collect the Upper Part of the Admit Card while the Lower Part will be handed over to you. Please see below for Rules and Instructions

Dear Candidate,
** We thank you for responding to the advertisement for Direct Recruitment to post of ASSISTANT GR.III in our organization.
** You must bring this Admit Card duly completed along with Ball Point Pen, HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener to the test centre.
** You should reach the test centre / venue at the reporting time mentioned above. Latecomers will not be permitted to appear in the test.
** Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculator or mobile phones, etc. in the Test Centre Campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
** After the examination is over, hand over the question booklet and answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.
** The duration of the test is 75 Minutes. There are 60 objective type questions on General Knowledge, Mathematics, English and Technical. Each question carries one mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
** The candidate applying for the examination should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. The admission at all stages of the examination for which he/she is admitted viz., Written Test, and Interview will be purely provisional, subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Written Test/ Interview, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature for the examination shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference.
** Request for change of test centre / venue will not be entertained.
** In the event of your being short listed on the basis of marks secured in the written test, you will have to appear for Typing Test/ Interview, separate communication for which will be sent in due course.
** Candidate has to keep the lower part of the admit card with him / her after it is signed by the Invigilator and bring the same along with him / her while appearing for the Typing Test/ Interview, if short-listed.
** Traveling and other expenses will be borne by the candidate himself/herself.
** Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.
** Discrepancies, if any, regarding the candidate’s particulars in the admit card should be reported by email to spmcil@specialtest.in at least seven days before the written test.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ANSWER SHEET
** Answer sheets are scanned by machine to compute the scores. Accuracy in scoring is dependent on the examinees marking their answer sheets properly. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following instructions:
** Every question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number by darkening only the corresponding oval/circle on the answer sheet using HB pencil.
** Shade only one oval/circle because in case you shade more than one oval/circle the answer will be treated as wrong.
** The method of shading the oval/circle has been indicated in "Important Instructions" on Side-1 of the Answer Sheet and these must be strictly followed.
** If you wish to change any answer, erase completely the one already marked by you and darken the fresh oval/circle using an HB pencil.
Do not tear, bend or mutilate the Answer Sheet.
