A.P. TOWN PLANNING SUB-SERVICE (NOTIFICATION NO. 44/2011)

It is here by informed that on the basis of the merit in the Written Examination held on 12/05/2012 for Recruitment to the post of Assistant Architectural Draughtsman & Surveyor in A.P. Town Planning Sub-service (General Recruitment) – Notified vide Commission’s Notification No.44/2011 the candidates with the following Register Numbers have been called for verification of original certificates at the ratio of 1:2 from 12/07/2012 to 13/07/2012 at 11:30 AM in the Commission’s Office, subject to fulfilling the conditions regarding eligibility and other aspects to the recruitment. The candidates are required to download the Call Letter (Memo), Two Checklists, Attestation Forms & Other relevant formats and produce the original certificates as mentioned below along with one set of Photostat copies along with 2 pass port size photos duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

1. Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent)

2. Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government servant (Regular Service certificate from the concerned department, Government of Andhra Pradesh/NCC Instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate.

3. Integrated community certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./R.D.O)

4. Creamy layer exemption certificate from revenue authorities (for BC candidates only). The BC Candidates may download the format of Creamy Layer Certificate from the Commission’s website “www.apspsc.gov.in” who claim as BC community candidates.

5. School Study Certificate from IV to X Class if studied in school or Residence certificate issued by the MRO incase of private study seven years including and prior SSC.

6. Original qualification Certificate.

7. Two Attestation Forms in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate and attested by Gazetted Officer.

8. Hall Ticket of the Written Examination held on 12/05/2012.

9. Two Pass Port size photographs.

10. If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Certificates, the candidature of such candidate / candidates shall be canceled at any stage in the process of selection.
