Job Description :
** The candidate will be a key & active member of Mechanical Design team.
** Will support the team in design and development of Cavotec Group projects.
** Work with CAD Modeling and detailing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile :
** Good understanding of machine design, Special Equipment design and development.
** Good understanding of Manufacturing Drawings and Production Processes.
** Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining e.t.c required.
** Knowledge about Hydraulic & pneumatics in machine tools.
** Should have good mechanical calculations knowledge & analytical skills.
** Knowledge in Geometric tolerance & different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc.
** Expertise in Solid Works 2011/12, must have recent 4 years of hands on experience.
** Experience of Solid works configurations, design table & weldment are must.
** Added advantage, if you know Design Automation thru Excel &/or Visual Basic (VB or VB.net)
** Must be proactive, strong problem solving skills and exhibit good engineering judgments.
** Knowledge of working in EPDM systems will be an advantage.
** Knowledge in Tooling, fixture and jigs would be a plus.

Project Executed
- Fabrication, Erection and commissioning India’s Largest Air Cooled Steam Condenser, 350 TPH for (150 MW) Thermal Power Plant, Commissioning of Condensate Extraction pump, Drain Pot Pump and Erection of Ejector PRDS Motive steam IBR & all non IBR piping, Steam jet vacuum ejector system, Mechanical run trail of Acc-fans.(Unit-1)Shree cement Ltd(Rajasthan).
- Erection, commissioning, testing and maintenance of Air Cooled Steam Condenser, 350 TPH for (150 MW) Thermal Power Plant, Responsible for all piping works of particular system (Unit-2) Shree Cement Ltd (Rajasthan).
- Execution, erection & commissioning of 2 X 50 MW ACSC for M/s Shree Cement Ltd. (Rajasthan).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active involvement for learning new ideas and technique which can improve our work order’s erection.
- Co-coordinating with Engg.deptt. Project deptt. Application deptt. For quality and erection related points.
- Preparing Erection schedule for Air cooled steam condenser erection.
- Planning about manpower, material, crane and machines which are required at site.
- Guideline for ground level assy. to the contractor.
- Coordination with supervisor and manpower for proper working.
- Coordination with customer and Third party inspector.
- At site inspection as per quality assurance plan maintaining Documents like protocol etc.
- Reporting to General Manager

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from T.C.T. Bhopal affiliated to R.G.P.V. Bhopal (M.P.) with 62.00% in 2008.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from S.A.T.I. Polytechnic Vidisha affiliated to R.G.P.V. Bhopal (M.P.) with 59.41% in 2005.
