Responsibilities :
- Managing the High Net Worth customers of the Bank
- Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships.
- Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
- Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers
- Providing Financial planning & Investment Advise
- Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.
- One point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the Branch
- Acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operation.

Responsibilities :
Ensure delivery on revenue and volume targets as specified across product and business segments
To Identify business opportunities for business growth across the assigned business segments

Supervise, train & develop various outbound & retention activities with constant focus on monthly targets amongst out sourced Staff.
