We are currently hiring HR Executive for our Hyderabad office.

Experience : 0 - 1 year
Qualification : Graduates / MBA - HR
Location : Hyderabad (Candidates local to Hyderabad will be considered)

Job Design :
** Source candidates (active and passive) using social networking and creative sourcing methods; screen and build pipeline of candidates
** Conduct preliminary round of discussion with candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers/clients
** Extend offer letter; conduct joining formalities and induction
** Employee records maintenance
** Build candidate database management
** Perform other HR Generalist responsibilities as assigned
** Good written and verbal communication skills
** Fluency in English and Hindi is MANDATORY
