Application Procedure for Change of Ownership in House Tax Record :
1. Enter the values to search for property and click on Search button.
2. New Property Owner to be reflected in House Tax Record with us.
3. Reason for Change in Ownership of Property and date of occurrence.
4. List of Documents that are required before your application can be processed and must be uploaded online is
** Proof of Ownership of property by new owner (either one is needed) and must be certified by notary :
(a) Registry
(b) Will
(c) Decree from Registrar
** Affidavit with photograph from new owner attested by executive magistrate requesting the change of ownership
** Copy of House Tax Assessment Notice/House Tax Receipt
** Certified Location Map (clearly indicating location of property)
** Identity Proof (2 different Identity proofs are needed)
(a) Driving Licence
(b) Voter Card
(c) Government Identity Card
(d) PAN Card
** Attested Copy of passport size photograph
** No Objection Certificate (if required)
5. Enter Security Code and Click on Submit button.
