COUNSELLING SCHEDULE FOR MBBS/BDS COURSE 2012 - 2013 SESSION
Date : 05.07.2012 to 16.07.2012
VENUE : Auditorium, Kilpauk Medical College Campus,
Kilpauk, Chennai – 10.

Note :-
** Candidates should be present one hour prior to commencement of counselling along with one of their parent.
** Candidates who are not willing to opt for Self Financing BDS course need not attend the counselling
** Candidate should produce all original certificates as required in clause 19 of the prospectus.
** Candidates are informed to read the instructions carefully given in call letter.
** Call letters are sent to individuals by post
** Candidates who do not receive the call letter, shall download the same from 20.7.2012 onwards from the official website www.tnhealth.org/ www.tn.gov.in by entering AR Number & Date of Birth.
** Candidates, even if they do not receive the call letter, they can attend the counselling as per the date and time, mark mentioned in the schedule.
** It shall be the responsibility of the candidates who got revised marks in RV/RT to attend the counselling as per their revised mark mentioned in the schedule.
** Candidates selected for SF BDS Course have to remit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Secretary, Selection Committee Chennai 10”. If the candidates do not join the course within the specified date and time, the amount paid will not be refunded.

** Candidates should be present one hour prior to commencement of counselling along with one of their parent.
** Candidate should produce a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of ‘’Secretary Selection Committee, Chennai - 10.” at the time of counselling being the counselling processing fee.
** Candidate should produce all original certificate as required in clause 19 of the prospectus.
** Candidates should pay the fees as prescribed in the prospectus at the time of allotment.
** Candidates are informed to read the instructions carefully given in call letter.
** Candidate who do not receive call letter, shall download the same from 3.7.2012 onwards from the official website tnhealth.org / tn.gov.in by entering AR Number & Date of Birth.
** Candidates, even if they do not receive the call letter, they can attend the counselling as per the date and time, mark mentioned in the schedule.
** It shall be the responsibility of the candidates who got revised marks in RV/RT to attend the counselling as per their revised mark mentioned in the schedule.
** Candidates allotted seats under special category are not eligible for Re-allottment.
** If the candidate is absent for the counseling called for, he/she cannot attend the subsequent counselling.

My daughter has scored cut off mark 184.25. Is there chance to get a medical seat in govt colleges. we have not received any call letter from the concerned department. we are from Tamil Nadu under Hindu-SC category.

I don't have my call letter for BDS and hence help to get my call letter. My AR number is 21788.
