Business needs Analysis
o Build an organisation retail IT roadmap
o Encompass all pieces of technology: hardware, software, applications, infrastructure and not ONLY Retail Pro
o Prioritise initiatives and put up a project plan
o Creating business case ($ value) benefits tracking for on-going and new initiatives
- Proactive human and technology resource planning and allocation for client needs on a quarterly basis
o Current and on-going requirements
o Identifying additional applications and deployment
-Proactively, create opportunities for more resource deployment
o Work with IR HR team for recruiting and training team members for deployment
o Manage training
- Delivery quality management
