    Job Description
    - Be the 1st point of contact for clientele and will be responsible for providing reception and administration duties
    - be flexible and able to respond to client needs
    - To communicate with guests, analyze their feedback and thoroughly monitor all that is required for their best services, and ensure that the same is in line with corporate administrative procedures
    - Simultaneously, to monitor all corners and facilities the guest house and attend to guest and staff requirements and complaints if any
    - To be available at any time of the day in case of an emergency situation. If not available in person, should be accessible through phone.
    - To ensure that all activities in the our guest house are process and system oriented
    - Candidates having Guest Relation or Customer Service background in Hotel Industry would be preferred, however freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
    - Handling the check-in & check-out.
    - Arranging the transport for the guest, preparing the itineraries
    - Handling the queries of the customers
    - Co-ordinating with the other dept. as per the requirement of the customers
    - Managing the settlements of the bills.
    - Handling the room reservation
    - Customer Service.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Candidate from Hospitality industry /Hotels. Experience in the area of facilities management is desirable. Excellent communication skills Ability to develop and nurture contacts/ long term professional relationships High energy levels Pleasant personality Good interpersonal skills. Should be computer savvy and have a good command over Microsoft Office applications.
