Principal Duties and Responsibilities (ASM/SM/SSM) :
* Recruiting & managing a team of Sales Officer.
* Dealing with investment plans like Installment & Single installment Plans (Guaranteed Investment Plans).
* Trained & motivate your team of sales officer`s to sale company product
* Identifying promotional opportunities that enhance brand awareness and to get the business
for Sales Officer.
* Generate the new way and ideas to promote business.
* Give daily reporting to concern reporting Manager.
* Conduct meeting with SO
* Access local market conditions; identify current and prospective sales opportunities
* Taking care of Critical Customer Needs.
* Achieving set targets with in specific time.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (ABM) :
1. Handling a team of 13 SSM/SM/ASM and Agent & Advisor's a team who are responsible for selling Agriculture investment plans in the market
2. Recruiting successful Agent & Advisor in targeted territory.
3. Responsible for recruitment of SSM/SM/ASM, motivating and guide them on regular basis.
4. Field observation & demonstrations (FOD's) calls for recruitment & business.
5. Responsible for Productivity of every SSM/SM/ASM in the team and achieving sales target on monthly basis by them and their Agent & Advisor's.
6. Responsible for doing field demonstrations call with every SSM/SM/ASM during training and after training by observation call with them and nurture them at every step to make them successful in first 90days with full support.
7. Responsible for conducting Group discussions thrice in month to help them and empower with different technique for better closing techniques.
8. Responsible for doing Performance Review Planning (P.R.P.) week wise and correct the SSM/SM/ASM if he has done anything wrong or appreciate if done good and motivate them.
Responsible for achieving team target for completing assigned goal.
