Job Description
- Sales Target Achievement: - to ensure that monthly, weekly & daily sales
- Targets are communicated to the staff & synergistic efforts are made as a team for subsequent achievement
- Stock Replenishment/Inventory Management: - Stock verification, pilferage control.
- Staff Management: - to lead, motivate & retain store staff & maintain a positive work environment
- Visual Merchandising: - to ensure that store visual merchandising is maintained as per the season's theme
- Store Maintenance: - to ensure that the store is properly maintained in terms of cleanliness, fixtures etc.MIS: - submission of MIS reports as per guidelines
- Customer Service & Customer interaction: - understand customer requirements & give necessary feedback to Head Office
- Marketing Initiatives: - to proactively participate in sales promotion schemes, ensure proper implementation & execution. To forward verified customer database to the customer care Department for the smooth implementation of the customer loyalty program.
- Manage a team of 5-6 Sales persons on the floor.
- Handle a part of Sales of the Store (allocated Categories)
- Maintain the Customer Service Standards on the floor.
- Ensure that each sales team member is adequately trained in managing the in-house Brand (on the job training to the team members)
- Stock Management: Timely supplies, Core styles replenishment and pull back unsold stocks.
- Retail Sales: Monitoring weekly sales, corrective actions to meet monthly targets.
- Motivating them through recognition & incentive plans.
- Ensure that all lighting equipment is in working condition and that signage is adequately lit.
- ensure that store utilities and facilities are constantly available and running to provide a delightful customer shopping experience
Positions are open at Ahmedabad, Baroda, Hyderabad, Chennai and Surat
