Company Registration:
The new user has to register first as Company/Garden Owner or as a broker to avail the SPTF scheme. After getting registered in SPTF they will have to login with given username and password.

New User Registration

After getting logged in with username and password a Company/Garden can
** add a Garden,
** add and view Broker Details,
** can submit online application for Loan, Loan cum subsidy or Subsidy only,
** can print acknowledgement receipt of submitted application form,
** view his application form and modify application form and see submitted application status,
** can see disbursement details of a particular garden,
** can see repayment schedule of a particular garden,
** can get Payment details of gardens,
** can request admin of SPTF for any clarification,
** can give feedback to SPTF and many more.

Fillup Guide For Online Application Form:
1. Register as a NEW USER - Company/Garden owner.
2. Login as an Existing User with User ID & Password provided at the time of registration of Company/Garden owner.
3. After successful login user can access the dashboard as well as left menu.
4. Here Company/Garden owner has to add garden, division & section before going to make any application.
5. After adding the above details now the Company/Garden owner can proceed for the application.
6. For this the Company/Garden owner has to click on the link Add/View Application Link present in the left menu.
7. After going to view application the Company/Garden owner has to click on the button “Add New Application” for making application.
8. Now the application form is divided into two parts.
9. 1st part contains the garden name with accounting year & application type.

Note: If a Company/Garden owner wants to apply for both loan & subsidy then Company/Garden owner has to submit two application forms for this i.e. one is for loan and the other is for subsidy.

10. 2nd part contains the garden’s general information.
11. The process of application becomes easier & simpler than ever before.
12. It’s very efficient & time saving process as the Company/Garden owner don’t have to enter unnecessary details while applying online.
13. Company/Garden owner can edit partially submitted applications at any point of time.But once the application is submitted successfully the Company/Garden owner is unable to edit it.
14. The Company/Garden owner gets email confirmation after successful submission of application along with the application unique acknowledgement number.
15. Here the Company/Garden owner can view the application status at any point of time by clicking on the check application status link.

What Security is to be given for Loan under SPTF ?

Where the fixed assets(i.e. immovable properties including properties including machinery) of the company are mortgaged with a bank and / or other financial institution(s) by deposit of Title Deeds as continuing Collateral Security towards the crop loan availed, the applicant company should obtain the consent of the concerned bank/financial institution to cede Pari Passu charge/ Second Equitable Mortgage as the case may be in favour of the SPTF.

The borrowers would have to commit to selling of tea of value equivalent to at least 200% of their annual debt-servicing liability through one particular tea Auction Centre of their choice and designate one particular broker operating at that Auction Centre for selling their tea.

The designated broker would deduct from the auction sale proceeds such amounts as advised by the SPTF from time to time and directly remit o the specified bank account of the SPTF. The office of the SPTF would arrange to refund excess balance if any to the borrowers account. An enabling provision to this effect would be incorporated in the Loan Agreement between the borrower and the SPTF.
