Job Profile :
- We seek talented User Interface Designer (UI) who will build user interface design concepts and prototypes for our next-generation of products and portal based applications.
- Successful candidates will become key members of a rapidly-expanding product usability team that is focused on deploying innovative products that maximize ease-of-use for a wide range of end-users.
- The candidate will work to actively on fresh projects and assist in improving the usability, usefulness, in collaboration with Sardonyx’s Product Managers, Development teams and Sales /Marketing heads.
- Work closely with usability team members, product managers, development teams and other internal stakeholders to build storyboards, make proof-of-concept, demo’s versions and prototypes of proposed and planned applications and features.
- Collaborate in the definition of user interface design standards for our applications, to optimize ease-of-use and achieve an integrated and consistent look and feel.

Candidate Profile :
Experience : 3 to 8 years
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with strong proven track record in UI design
Skill set : Strong in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML /DHTML / CSS, JavaScript/ jQuery, Crawler friendly HTML/CSS programming & Flash, making PPT, MS-office tools.
Salary range : Best in industry but commensurate with technical ability.

- Experience with methodologies such as Iterative development
- Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototypes under tight time constraints
- Good experience in DIV method of designing & dynamic layout.
- Provide support for those with minor accessibility issues (such as poor eyesight).
- Knowledge of web standards would be ideal.
- Candidates should have keen eye for typography, color and layout designs.
- Strong visual design skills, focused on details and quality.
- Good experience in resolving browser compatibility issues.
- Experience in HTML5 & CSS3 is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to create own style of logos, background images, broachers, banners as well create according to customer’s taste.
