Head of Sales
Will directly report to the company board
Accountable for collective targets of sales, post-sales, leads and e-marketing teams
Manage a team structure of 20 people and eventually grow the team to 30
Manage reporting hierarchy of team leads and relationship manager in the team
Set team standards and objectives and improve work culture and motivation
Set and achieve sales targets – Manage and help individual members achieve targets ranging from 80000 to 150000 per month
Manage continuous training and improvement programs
Improve efficiencies by distributing products and segments among the team in a wise manner
Provide constant feedback on targets, achievements, hiring, training, issues and pay recommendation to the board
Support the board in setting departmental budgets
Ideal candidate - A seasoned sales professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in financial industry sales or call center sales with the past 4 years in senior management roles.

Business Operations Analyst
End of Day reports gathering from various departments and aggregating them to present summaries to the board
Audit across all departments
Coordinate with internal departments as well as external agencies –
Human Resources
Office Supplies
Employee entry and exit (new hires and fires) – access and documentation management
Bill payments
Coordinate between two physical offices
Credit card payment coordination
Assign daily leads to leads team and administer leads data (including deletions)
Coordinate with external IT support regarding –
Systems maintenance
Website maintenance and upgradations
Internet and other technical issues
Phone and SMS server issues
