Name of the Post : Deputy Manager (Finance) at H.O., New Delhi
Pay Scale : Rs.24900-3%-50500 (IDA pattern) E-3 level
Qualification and Experience :
** CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
** Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience of which 3 years service at the executive level
Job Profile : Implementation of financial/ accounting policies, preparation of annual accounts, planning & budgeting, fund management and investment, taxation, auditing, financial appraisal of schemes, monitoring, recovery of loans and advances, etc.

Name of the Post : Deputy Company Secretary at H.O., New Delhi
Pay Scale : Rs.24900-3%-50500 (IDA pattern) E-3 level
Qualification and Experience :
** Degree in Arts/Science/Com. with Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
** Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the executive level.
Desirable : CA/ICWA/LLB.
Job Profile : Thorough knowledge of provisions of the company law, all statutory requirements and their compliance, Articles of Association and MoA, conducting board meetings/ annual general meetings, handling of statutory and government audit, drafting legal documents, coordination and liaison with Govt. and other institutions.

Name of the Post : Assistant Zonal Manager (3) One each at Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar and Hyderabad Zonal Office
Pay Scale : Rs.16400-3%-40500 (IDA pattern) E-1 level
Qualification and Experience :
(i) PG Degree in Arts/Science/Com./Agri. Sc./Vet.Sc./ B.E. from recognized University.
(ii) Minimum 3 yrs. experience in the supervisory level preferably in formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of developmental projects/ schemes in the social sector.
Desirable : Full time MBA/ PG Degree or Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work.
Job Profile : Identification, formulation, scrutiny, appraisal of project proposals for economic development of STs; Organizing training programmes and awareness camps; Monitoring and evaluation of projects/ schemes; Liaison/coordination with Channelizing Agencies of NSTFDC and State Govts. The job involves extensive touring for inspection of assisted units /schemes.

Name of the Post : Asstt. Manager (Personnel) at H.O., New Delhi
Pay Scale : Rs.16400-3%-40500 (IDA pattern) E-1 level
Qualification and Experience :
(i) PG Degree in Arts/Science/Com. from recognized University.
(ii) Minimum 3 yrs. experience in the supervisory level.
Desirable :
1.Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/HRD.
2.Full time MBA(HRD)/LLB/ Diploma in Labour Laws.
Job Profile : Dealing with personnel policies/ rules and regulations and all service matters of the employees including advances/loans to the employees and their other claims; Dealing with disciplinary and legal matters concerning employees.
