A friend of mine has not been able to get the death certificate of his mother even after handing over the papers in the concerned corporation office. The papers have not yet moved from that office to the main office for reasons best known to the person to whom the papers were handed over, who claims to be very busy.What is the remedy for this?

Dear Chennai Corporation,
I am Arumugam, My address is W.Saidapet, Chennai-15.

In my area due to unbearable mosquitoes, my daughter Koushika (1year) admitted hospital due to vomiting and dysentery.
Before 3 months she was admitted due to dengue.
Kindly send people for foaming or any other restoration to stay at safe place for my family and kids
