Please register on line by filling the Seafarer's registration form. After registration process your user id and password will be sent through e-mail for subsquently using the online Services (e.g. Booking of examination seat) provided on this site. Your user ID is your INDoS No. Please ensure that your user ID and password are kept protected & securely with you to prevent any misuse. You can change your password at anytime

Instructions for Registration :
To register yourself and use the MMD Mumbai's - Online services, please take note of the below instructions.
** Complete the Seafarer's registration form as directed.
** All fields marked with an '*' asterix are mandatory and have to be filled.
** Your User ID will be your INDoS Number, and will remain the same for all your future interactions with the MMD.
** Your Password will be generated automatically and e-mailed to you for subsequent login to the Online Services (e.g. Booking of examination seat, Endorsements etc.) provided on this site.
** Please ensure that your User ID and User Password are kept protected & securely with you to prevent any misuse.
** Once registered as a User, you can change your Password at anytime.
** Please ensure / verify your e-mail address before submitting the Seafarer's Registration request, as only this address will be used for all future correspondence till registration completed.

Self attested copies of the following documents will have to be sent to MMD, Mumbai for verification
** Passport (first & last two pages)
** C.D.C
** INDoS Certificate
