How To Pay BSNL Landline Bills Online?
1) For Paying BSNL Landline Bills Online please login
2) If you are not a Registered User, please Sign Up
3) You need to create a new account if you are not registered already. With the registered username and account, you can Pay the Landline Bills online.
4) For Individual Bill Payments, First you have to provide some personel information such as your name,contact address and email.
5) After you successfully register, you can add the phone account, for which outstanding bill needs to be viewed and paid. You can add multiple phone accounts to your login and also you will have an option of deleting them if need be.
6) The outstanding bills for the phone account(s)added, are made available to view and pay online. Please note that the bill can be paid through the portal only till the pay-by-date of the bill.
7) The bill payment is possible through integration with Internet Banking system. Every payment transaction is tracked, stored and displayed by the portal system. On successful completion of payment of a bill in the Internet Banking System, the user is re-directed to view the ‘digital receipt’ for Bill paid.

How to get a duplicate bill ?

Duplicate Bills indicating the bill amount can be obtained from the Customer Relations Officer of your Zone. The same can also be obtained from the Accounts Officer Telephone Revenue of your zone. No fee is levied for this facility. Details of the outstanding bills can also be known through Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVRS) wherever installed.? Fax image of the bill can be obtained through IVRS.

What is the time allowed to pay the bill ?

The customer is required to pay the bill by the "pay-by-date" printed thereon, the pay-by-date at present is 21 days from the date of issue of the bill.
