This is to notify that Bank of Baroda has shortlisted the candidature of -169- candidates who have been found successful in Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS on 11.03.2012 for filling up vacancies of -25- Law Officers in Scale II.

SCHEDULE OF INTERVIEWS :
New Delhi : July 09,10,13 & 14, 2012
Mumbai : July 23, 2012

SELECTION PROCEDURE :
1. A personal interview shall be conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, level of communication, clarity & problem solving ability, Knowledge of the subject area, innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post etc. The minimum qualifying marks would be 40% for General Category and 35% for Reserved Category. Candidates not clearing the personal interview will not be considered for final selection.
2. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be given relaxation in age eligibility, as per extant Government guidelines.

INTERVIEW CENTRES : The interviews are being held in Delhi and Mumbai.

CALL LETTERS FOR INTERVIEW :
Call letters for the purpose of interview is being sent to all shortlisted/ eligible candidates through email as well as through Post at the email address/Correspondence address given by them in the application form. Candidates are requested to regularly visit the Bank’s website and keep track of the status of their candidature, from time to time. Kindly note that no other mode of communication pertaining to the interview process other than mentioned above, will be followed.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION :
The candidate should, while appearing for the personal interview, produce for verification in original and submit photo copies if required, the original call letter, fee payment receipt, photo identity card, such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voters Card/ Bank Passbook. If the identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Interview.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
a) Necessary intimation for Personal Interview is being sent to the shortlisted candidates by E-Mail/call letter shortly mentioning about Date, Time & Venue of interview. Candidates are advised to be in readiness for appearing for personal interview.
b) Candidates failing to receive Interview Call Letter by post can bring the e mail copy of the interview Call Letter.
c) Please keep checking your email and visit www.bankofbaroda.com at regular intervals.
d) All care has been taken in compiling the list. However, Bank reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error.
e) No communication shall be entertained from candidates whose Roll Numbers do not find a place in the above list.
f) Decision of the Bank in all matters pertaining to selection process shall be final and binding.
