TCIL requires qualified and experienced candidates for the following posts on contract basis;

1. Name of the Post : Solution Architect
No. of Post : 01
Educational Qualification : B.E./B.Tech. in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University
Desirable Qualification : Due advantage will be given to the candidates who are M.Tech.
Age : Maximum 45 years as on 01.06.2012
Experience : Minimum 12 years post qualification experience in technical architecture design and development work, out of which 06 years experience should be in the field of ICT/e-Governance.
Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 60,000/- p.m

2. Name of the Post : Project Manager (e-Gov)
No. of Post : 07
Educational Qualification : B.E./BTech in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent with MBA (IT) with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/University
Desirable Qualification : Due advantage will be given to the candidates who are having Project Management Professional (PMP)/ITIL/Prince 2 etc. Certification.
Age : Maximum 40 years as on 01.06.2012
Experience : Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in IT consulting and Management, out of which at least 6 years experience should be in the field of ICT/e-Governance Projects.
Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 55,000/- p.m

3. Name of the Post : GIS Expert
No. of Post : 01
Educational Qualification : Master degree in Planning, engineering or geography or equivalent with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/University
Desirable Qualification : Due advantage will be given to the candidates who are M.Tech./M.Arch.
Age : Maximum 40 years as on 01.06.2012
Experience : Minimum 08 years post qualification experience in GIS and Planning Expert work out of which 05 years experience should be in the field of urban scenario
Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 50,000/- p.m

4. Name of the Post : Change Management & Capacity Building Expert
No. of Post : 01
Educational Qualification : B.E./BTech in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications Engineering/ Post Graduate (in Operation Research, Stat & Math etc.) Or equivalent with MBA (HR) with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/University.
Desirable Qualification : Due advantage will be given to the candidates who are MBA (HR) from a premier institute
Age : Maximum 35 years as on 01.06.2012
Experience : Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in Change Management and Capacity Building work, out of which 03 years experience should be in the field of ICT/e-Governance field
Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 45,000/- p.m

5.Name of the Post : Senior Consultant (E-Gov.)

Educational Qualification : B.E./BTech. in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications Engineering Or equivalent with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/University.
Age : Maximum 35 years as on 01.06.2012
Experience : Minimum 05 years Post qualification experience in the field of ICT/e-Governance Consulting projects.
Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 45,000/- p.m

6.Name of the post : Consultant (E-Gov.)
No. of Post : 09
Educational Qualification : B.E./BTech. in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications Engineering Or equivalent with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/University.
Age : Maximum 30 years as on 01.06.2012
Experience : Minimum 02 years Post qualification experience in the field of ICT/e-Governance Consulting projects.
Consolidated emoluments : Rs. 35,000/- p.m
