** SBICPSL is not liable or responsible for any transactions incurred on the card account prior to the time of reporting of the loss of the card to SBICPSL and the Cardholder will be wholly liable for the same.

I am Jagjitan having credit card of SBI serial number 4006 6765 3411 8222 valid thru 05/14. I do not have any requirement of this card and till date I have not used this card. Hence it is requested to make inoperative this card for further use as early as possible and please inform me.
