Job Description
-> Involvement in all aspects of development from concept to coding and maintenance.
-> Planning Web applications by evaluating user specifications; analyzing existing and proposed specification; creating requirements documents, database development and preparing development life cycle plan.
-> Keeping a high level of coordination with client, developers and web designers to develop user interfaces by preparing a workflow chart and diagram based on subject matter, human factors, and logic.
-> Updateing job knowledge by researching new web technologies Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
-> Required to work in team to understand objectives by analyzing and validating requirements; identifying new features and functionality.
-> To work on Web Developments involving strong technical knowledge of PHP, Ajax, Mysql and open sources like Oscommerce, Joomla etc.
-> Having an exposure to Zend Framework and cake php will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
-> At-least 2+ years of experience in PHP, Ajax, MySQL, HTML/DHTML, CSS & JavaScript. Knowledge of other programming languages like c#.net will be an added advantage.
-> Experience with open sources like oscommerce, joomla etc.
-> Ability to develop complex online applications including Payment gateway integration. Able to demonstrate prior projects utilizing the required skills listed above Knowledge of the latest programming trends, best practices, and methodologies
-> Must have knowledge and capability to handle the full life cycle of a projects. Hands on experience in developing eCommerce solutions, CRM applications, Content Management Systems, Administration Systems using PHP/MySQL required.
