Reservation Procedure :
HRTC runs One Month Advance Booking counters at various locations in and outside the State. One can book in advance the tickets from these counters without paying any reservation charges.

E-Tickets :
The tickets can also be reserved online as per the following procedure :
If you are a new user and not registered, please register by clicking on the link on the Home / Login Page to get access to this portal. If you are already registered with this service then you can use your exiting User Name and Password to enter into this application.

Once your registration is active you can use your "user name" and "password" to login into the application. Enter user name and password and click on login button to enter into the application.
Successful login will redirect to the Online Booking Page. Follow the instruction there after as per your query to use this service.
Booking can presently be done upto 1 hour prior to departure time of the bus.

2.50% of the total e-ticket value will be charged in addition to the fare as service charges for E-Tickets Booking by the user. For example if the Fare is Rs. 200/-, Rs. 5/- will be charged extra as Service Charge i.e in total Rs. 205/- will be charged.

Cancellation can be done online by the user himself upto 4 hours prior to the departure time of the bus. After that with in 4 hours to the Departure Time of the Bus from Orginating Station, cancellation of e-Tickets can be done at HRTC Counter at the orginating station of the bus. After departure of the bus, no cancellation of e-Tickets allowed.
No Email request will be entertained for the cancellation of tickets.

Cancellation Rules :
CANCELLATION OF ADVANCE TICKETS (NOT ONLINE TICKETS)
Cancellation of advance tickets booked from HRTC One Month Advance Booking Counters is made subject to refunds as follow :
1) When tickets are submitted prior to 12 hours before departure of bus, refund shall be allowed after deducting 10% amount of tickets.
2) Where tickets are submitted within 12 hours prior to the departure of bus, refund shall be allowed after deducting 25% amount of tickets.
3) Where tickets are submitted within 2 hours after the departure of bus, refund shall be allowed after deducting 75% amount of tickets.
4) Where tickets are submitted after 2 hours of the departure of bus, no refund shall be allowed.
5) Reservation / Handling charges are not refundable.
6) These cancellation rules do not applicable for Online Booked Advance Tickets (E-Tickets).

Cancellation rules for (E-Tickets) are as under :
1) An amount of 10% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is up to 12 hours prior to the departure time of bus from orginating station.
2) An amount of 25% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is with in 12 hours to the Departure Time of the bus from orginating station.
3)No refund will be made after departure of the bus.
4)The e-Tickets can be cancelled by the user him self by going to his accounts home page upto 4 hours prior to the departure time of the bus from orginating station.
5)Within 4 hours to the departure time of the bus, e-Tickets can only be cancelled at the HRTC Counter located at Orginating Station of the Bus.
