How to book a e-ticket?
1) Select the type of bus.
2) Select the Leaving From and Departing to option.
3) Select the departure date.
4) Finally click the check availability button.

Online Reservation (eTicket) System :
** Online reservation (eTicket) will be available upto 5 hours before the schedule departure of the bus service on Chandigarh-Delhi-Airports-Gurgaon Route.
** Online reservation (eTicket) will be available upto 12 hours before the schedule departure of the bus service on Gurgaon-Agra Route.
** Online reservation (eTicket) will be available upto 24 hours before the schedule departure of the bus service on Gurgaon-Delhi-Katra Route.
** Online reservation (eTicket) can be done 10 days in advance before the schedule departure of the bus service.

Cancellation of eTicket :
Please check your email account for PNR, Trip ID and Password. These details already emailed to you, when you booked your eticket.
1) Enter the PNR, Trip ID and Password.
2) Click the continue button for Cancellation.

Cancellation/Refunds Rules :
** Reservation charges except in case of 100% cancellation of tickets, if the service is cancelled by Haryana Roadways for operational or any other reasons.
**Reservation charges, transaction charges and service tax charged are non-refundable.
** No refund will be given to “NO-SHOW” passengers who do not report at the boarding point on time.
** In respect of e-Tickets cancelled by the passenger, Accounts Department of Haryana Roadways will refund the amount applicable to the concerned. The refunded amount is transferred back to the passenger's credit/Debit card.
** No refund will be made after departure of the bus.
** Partial cancellations are not allowed in respect of e-Tickets.
** No Email request will be entertained for cancellation of e-Tickets.

What is the time taken by Volvo buses to reach IGI airport Delhi from Chandigarh?

All Haryana buses like Volvo start from Chandigarh and do not have provision to pick up passengers from Panchkula. Being Haryana roadways, this facility should there be for Haryana residents too. Why this facility not be given to Haryana residents when it is Haryana roadways? From Panchkula one has to first go taxi to Chandigarh to take a bus for Delhi/Gurgoan.
