Handling / leading projects independently.
Handling a team of 2-4 developers under his supervision, working on different web applications.
Guiding team independently for the work allocation and output delivery.
Directly dealing with the clients from understanding their requirements till delivery of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
Have strong skills in Windows based applications, Software development in VB, VB. Net, C#, C++.
In-depth Knowledge of Object Oriented Design, Client Server and Three Ties Model.
Expertise in the delivery of technical solutions and strategies, Project management, application development and process flow analysis
Exposure to Computer Hardware is desirable.
Should be willing to travel, local and outstation to Customer end for On- site implementation.
Candidate should be good in leadership skills, positive approach and team building skills.
Must be aggressive in approach towards work commitment, getting work done from team mates and good with problem solving skills.

- Overall responsibility for the site monitoring activities for Base station under this 15 BTS site.
- The following monitoring activities for Base station and Base Trans Receiver station (BTS).
1. Monitoring of power Interface unit (PIU), Switch mode power supply, Base Trans Receiver station (BTS), GSM, microwave antenna, Air conditioner.
2. To assist with site Equipments inspection like PIU,GSM,BTS and Microwave antenna.
3. To check the proper power supply from Electricity Board by using of Multimeter.
4. By using of power interface unit we are providing constant voltage to the Switch mode power supply (SMPS) as well as senses and switches over to the DG supply.
5. Battery bank (BB) provides steady power/ back up power to the load until generator or EB power is restored. So we have to continuous checking of battery bank for maintaining of constant voltage.
6. During the monitoring of BTS, if we found any red signal immediately will inform to concerned BTS engineer.
7. During the monitoring of GSM and micro wave antenna I will assist to the concern maintenance engineer.
8. Continous monitoring of Air-conditioner for maintaining of constant Temperature and Humidity.
9. As a site in charge I have to co-ordinate all discipline engineer and proper feed back to Head of the Department.
10. To handling of sub-contractor for maintance service.
11. To clear the sub contractor invoice.
