GIIS Junior College Scholarships at Singapore :
Global Indian International School (GIIS) Singapore Scholarships for standards 11 and 12 also referred as Global Indian International School Scholarship

The GIIS Junior College Scholarships at Singapore is awarded for a period of 2 years beginning class 11th of study and ending class 12th of study.
The Scholarships amount is S$ 66,000 per student which includes tuition fees, boarding expenses, annual allowance, settling allowance and one time return airfare from India to Singapore. In addition cheap medical benefits are also offered.

Eligibility Criteria :
** Students of CBSE, IGCSE, ICSE or any state board who have achieved atleat 85% marks in standard 10 pre-board exam/half yearly exam, standard 8 and 9 final exams with English as first language are eligible to apply for GIIS Junior College Scholarships at Singapore.

** Written test on General Ability, Mathematics and English conducted for award selection of candidates. Applications are scrutinized and short listed candidates only given chance to appear in written test.

** The GIIS Junior College Scholarships Written Test conducted during March / April Months.

** The candidates who finds place in the merit of GIIS Junior College Scholarships Written Test are called for Interview during May Month.

The number of scholarships will be decided by the Committee of the Scholarship programme.

When will the result be declared?

Estimated dates are as follows:
Early April 2013: Results of the Written Test and call for interviews for successful candidates only.
Early May 2013: Interviews
Third week of May 2013: Final list of students selected for scholarships
End of June 2013: Leave for Singapore
