Academic qualifications :
Matric with Diploma in Radio and TV Technology or Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
or Domestic Appliances from any Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government or 10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board or Institution.
Age Limit : Not below 18 years or over 25 years as on 27 July 2012

Pay scale : Rs.5200- 20,200 (PB-I) plus Grade pay of Rs. 2400/- per month
Academic qualifications :
Matriculation or equivalent plus two years ITI certificate in Radio and TV or Electronics or Intermediate or 10 + 2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.
Age Limit : Not below 18 years or over 23 years as on 27 July 2012

RECRUITMENT DATES :
a) FIRST PHASE :23 Sept 2012 (WRITTEN TEST)
b) SECOND PHASE :15 Oct 2012 (Documentation, PST, PET, Dictation test, interview and Final Medical)

PHYSICAL STANDARDS :
Height : 170 cms
Chest : 80 cms (85 cms after expansion)
Weight : Corresponding to Height.

Medical Standards :
(i) Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of the both eyes without correction i.e. without wearing glasses.
(ii) Must pass high-grade colour vision test.
(iii) Must not have knock-knees, flat feet or squint in eyes.
(iv) Must not be having any defect/deformity likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

Fee :
Application should be accompanied by a Crossed Bank Draft / Indian Postal Order for Rs. 50/- (Fifty) only for GEN/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of The Inspector General or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/ post office. However, the SC/ST and Departmental candidates are not required to submit examination fee.

Admission Card : On receipt of application, completed in all respects, at the respective addressee, eligible candidates will be allotted a Roll Number on the Admission Card, which will be sent to them as token of acknowledgment of their applications. This Admission Card will be authority for reporting at the Recruitment Center for the Written /Physical and other test etc.
