HAL Helicopter MRO Division- Helicopter Complex, Bangalore is currently looking for candidates for appointment as Technicians (XSM) for outstation Bases in the following Disciplines/Area.

Name of the post : Technicians (XSM)

Discipline / Trade : Ex-Servicemen Technician on Contract basis (for out station Bases) in trades of Airframe-08, Engine-03 & Electrical-03

Qualification Requirements : Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Defence Forces in any one of the trades

Designation : Ex-Servicemen Technicians (on contract basis)

Scale : Depending upon experience

HEALTH :
Applicants should be of sound health and should meet the medical standards prescribed by the Company. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to receipt of satisfactory medical report from the Company’s Doctor as per the Medical Standards of the Company.

Age Limit : 28 years.

JOB REQUIREMENT / DESCRIPTION :
1. Should have at least 15 years experience in defence forces, having worked on servicing of Helicopters preferably in ALH. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in 1st & 2nd line servicing of ALH Helicopters.
2. Candidates from Engine Trade should have worked on TM 333-2B2 / Artouste / Adour / Orpheus Engines etc.,
3. Should be able to work independently for defect rectification / servicing of Helicopters.
4. Should be willing to work in Customer bases like Bareilly/Sarsawa/Gorakhpur (UP), Missamari (Assam), Leh / Manasbal (J&K), Jallandhar (Punjab), Sevok Road etc.,

The application fee of Rs. 100 which is non-refundable, is to be sent in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank (preferably State Bank of India) in favour of ‘HAL - Helicopter MRO Division’, payable at Bangalore.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :
Eligible candidates short-listed based on the initial screening will be called for Written Test at Bangalore or at the place which will be decided by management. Candidates qualified in the written test will be subjected for a Personal Interview. The date, Time and Venue of the Written Test / Interview will be intimated to the short-listed candidates by E-mail / HAL Website only. Candidates are required to bring the certificates / documents (Original and attested Photocopies) in proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Training, Caste etc at the time of Interview.
