Job Description :
The trainee engineer will be given all relevant training to gain experience with Circuit design, track layout, component placement, PCB assembly, and BOMs.
After the training period the trainee engineer will be appointed as PCB designer.
The PCB designer will be responsible for working with an R & D team and focusing on PCB layout design from single sided boards to 4 layer boards. Working from provided schematics and mechanical input, the PCB Designer will perform schematic entry, develop component libraries including symbols and PCB footprints as needed; route and lay out PCB’s, generate Gerber and other PCB files and develop Bill Of Materials as per work instructions and project specifications.
Requirements :
General understanding of electronic circuits and chip functionality
Able to read schematics and understand all aspects of the design process
Possess good verbal and written communication skills
Work effectively and professionally with others
Adhere to work instructions and other company policies
Effectively use PC and MS Office tools
Other related tasks and activities as required

MINI PROJECT :
MULTIPURPOSE DEVICE TIMER

It is a dual purpose device. It can be used as a remainder as well as a timer. By using this device it is possible to operate any electronic gadgets for period of time. This real time is displayed on the device and the electronic equipment will be turned off automatically after the period of time
PROJECT :
AUTOMATIC COMBUSTION CONTROL IN CH223 HEATERS
This combustion control is done using Distributed Control System. A single combustion chamber consists of 14 burners, atomizers and igniters. This project mainly deals with the air-fuel ratio control which controls both fuel gas and fuel oil that are used for combustion.
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY :
- Languages : Basic understanding in C, C++.
ACHIEVEMENTS :
- Successfully made “ MULTIPURPOSE DEVICE TIMER” as part of the mini project.
- Took a seminar on the topic “RAZOR II-ERROR DETECTION AND CORRECTION IN PVT AND SER TOLERANCE”.
