1)Trainee Chemist / Research Chemist / Senior Chemist – Medicinal Chemistry :
Chemist applying for the above positions should have a M.Sc. (Organic chemistry) having 1 to 4 years. of experience. Candidates who have passed their M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) recently can also apply for Trainee Chemist position.
Setting up of different types of reactions - anhydrous / non-anhydrous
Record writing with prescribed details
Understanding of basic safety norms and MSDS

2)Senior Scientist / Scientist – Organic / Medicinal Chemistry :
A typical candidate should be a Ph.D (Organic chemistry) with around 4 to 10 Yrs. Experience and well versed with -
Handling the complete management of Synthetic/ Medicinal Chemistry projects
Designing, identifying routes and planning & execution of chemistry projects
Literature collection from multiple sources & identify suitable reaction conditions
Monitoring the day to day work & document all activities related to the project
Analyze the spectral data and guide team members
Safety and lab management Skills

3)Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – Organic / Medicinal Chemistry :
A typical candidate for the post of Research Associate/Senior Research Associate should be M.Sc. (Organic chemistry) with 2 to 4 years. of experience or a fresh Ph.D. He should be well versed with -
Setting up & Monitoring of reactions
Maintaining proper reaction conditions
Ability to use simple purification methods
Interpret analytical data such as IR, 1H NMR, HPLC.
Setting up and executing efficient column purification

4)Manager – Analytical Services :
He should have around 10-15 years experience in handling different types of instruments including HPLCs, LCMS, NMR, FTIR, UV spectrometer and other analytical instruments. He should have managed a team of analytical scientists with experience in related instruments.
He should have strong expertise on –
Method Development
Method validation
Structural characterization
Impurity Profiling
Wet Chemical Methods
Analyzing and interpreting data from various instruments

5)Manager – Finance and Accounts :
A typical candidate should have around 2-5 years experience in the area of account and finance and should be well versed with :
Manage the complete Finances of the company
Thorough understanding and implementation of Financial concepts including TB, P&L, Status reporting
Vendor management for financial payment schedules
Handle imprest account of the company

6)Executive / Sr. Executive - Purchase :
Typical Purchase Executive would have around 1-3 years experience sourcing chemicals in the Pharma / Biotech industry. and should be well versed with :
Sourcing of chemicals and reagents for projects
Responsible for inventory management of chemicals and general items
Understanding of export import regulations
Ability to work with a team of professionals for local and overseas procurements
Accountable for deliveries within stipulated timelines
